*As you might recall, somewhere around November 1st "Kayako Support Suite" (the prog Hostingplex use to run their support department) inexplicably starts bouncing my every e-mail to them. Not immediately, of course; first it sits there for 24 hours before slightly coughing ("Hello, just letting you know the message hasn't yet been delivered") followed by three, four or five days having a bit of a think before giving up ("Sorry, you can't be validated"). This means I have to slog through the desperately awkward online form version of the (cough) discussion whenever I want to add something.
Eventually this turns out to be an elbow-jogged setting at Hostingplex's end. In between, amusingly, the entire thing goes dead for most of a day because Hostingplex forgot to pay their "Kayako Support Suite" bills.
